How to Subscribe
Install a feed reader capable of downloading audio and video files (like Juice).
Click on one of the links above. When the feed loads in your web browser, copy its address from the "location" window.
Go to the "Add a Feed" section of your feed reader. In Juice, you do this by clicking on the green plus (+) sign in the toolbar or by going to "Tools" menu and choosing "Add a feed".
The feed will now appear in your feed reader. Select the files you want to listen to and then play them. You will be able to select which files you'd like to download.
