Dear Friends of CEIBS,

There is a traditional Chinese saying by the great poet Li Bai, ‘Four seasons run as usual, everything still grows without impede. God said nothing’. Facing the first dawn of the new year, we say goodbye to 2020 and usher in 2021. 

For CEIBS, 2020 is an unforgettable year, a year full of challenges, and a year of extraordinary achievements. We look ahead to 2021 with hope and determination. The virtual world we found ourselves in during 2020 has created many new opportunities that we are focused on maximizing including new partnerships, learning models and topics.

Another of 2020’s great achievements was the launch of the CEIBS MBA Twin-City Programme, the first time for Zurich Campus to host a full time curriculum. The Shanghai and Zurich team worked around the clock, battling the time difference, to maintain the essence of international MBA education.

In 2021, key focal areas this year will be the Future of Work, China and the World, Digital Age Management, CSR and Service Excellence; we look forward to working with our faculty, alumni, stakeholders and partners to explore these fields in diverse ways. 

Dear friends, what we experienced in 2020 has become water under the bridge. May the past have no regrets and inspire more courage and strength in 2021; may your future carry more hopes and dreams. Finally, we wish you Niu Zhuan Qian Kun! Niu Qi Chong Tian! prosperity and good luck in the coming Ox Year!
