Join China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SCCC) to celebrate Chinese New Year 2023 and welcome the Year of the Rabbit.

Hosted by Robert Straw, CEO of CEIBS Zurich Campus, and Felix Sutter, President of the SCCC, we will enjoy an evening of informal discussion about what 2023 holds for China and the world from a business perspective, followed by an apéro to welcome the start of the new year.

Our speakers

Michael Settelen, Senior Consultant, China Macro Group

Michael is an expert in China’s economy and economic policies with extensive experience at the nexus of policy and business, including at the Economic Section of the Swiss Embassy in Beijing, the EU Chamber of Commerce (EUCCC), and as academic lecturer at the ZHAW School of Management and Law teaching courses on China’s economy.

Felix Sutter, President, SCCC

Felix Sutter has served as the President of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SCCC) since 2015, has been instrumental in repositioning the SCCC and restructuring its board.

Professor Gianfranco Siciliano, CEIBS

Dr. Gianfranco Siciliano is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at CEIBS. Prior to joining CEIBS, he was an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Bocconi University. He previously worked at the Internal Audit Department of Philips International NV in Eindhoven (The Netherlands) and at several accounting firms in Milan and Parma (Italy).
