CEIBS Global EMBA, ranked 1st globally, is a part-time programme that balances China Depth and Global Breadth and develops responsible global business leaders. The programme is a transformational self development journey, allowing each student to step outside their everyday work environment and see business challenges from a whole new perspective.

Core Business Disciplines

The CEIBS Global EMBA programme features nine core courses spanning strategy, economics, finance, accounting, marketing, organisational behavior, decision analysis and other key domains, enabling participants to develop a comprehensive and systematic understanding of business.

Leadership Stream

The Leadership Stream forms the cornerstone of the Global EMBA curriculum, featuring three compulsory courses and multiple electives that span the two-year learning journey. Centered on comprehensive leadership development through 360° assessments, one-on-one coaching, team management, cross-cultural leadership, change management, and responsible leadership, the Stream systematically enhances participants' leadership cognition and practical capabilities.

Global Breadth Stream

The Global Breadth Stream stands as the most distinctive component of the Global EMBA Programme.

It features compulsory European and Asian Modules, multiple overseas electives across five continents, and exchange courses with 8 top-tier business schools in Asia, America, and Europe.

Its key subject areas cover Global Economics, International Finance, Multinational Corporate Management, Innovation and Technology, and ESG principles, etc., providing students with a comprehensive understanding of global business trends.

Through experiential learning activities such as corporate visits and industry networking, participants gain firsthand experience of diverse business ecosystems and operational models in different countries and regions.

China Depth Stream

The China Depth Stream similarly incorporates compulsory courses, electives, and exchange programmes (with CEIBS Chinese-language programmes).

This Stream provides comprehensive understanding of China's business ecosystem through in-depth examination of the country's unique market environment, policies and regulations, economic trends, and business practices.

Featuring extensive real-world case studies from Chinese enterprises and interactive sessions with industry experts and corporate executives, the Stream equips participants with practical insights for formulating strategies, addressing challenges, and capitalizing on opportunities within the Chinese market.

ESG Stream

The Social Responsibility Stream encompasses three core domains: Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). It enables participants to develop a comprehensive understanding of ESG's significance in business.

The Stream uniquely integrates leadership development with social responsibility education, forming a distinctive "Responsible Leadership" cultivation framework.
