    Problem Solving & Persuasion


    Everybody can benefit from having good problem solving skills as we all encounter problems on a daily basis. Problems faced in management are often more severe or complex and have a strategic dimension. Hence problem solving is reported among the top five skills for leaders at every level.

    Good problem solvers understand their briefing at the first meeting, they quickly identify solutions, they prioritize, they leverage delegation, they are reliable, independent and consistent. And most importantly they are good communicators.

    Effective communication is the glue that helps to deepen connections to others and improve teamwork, decision making, and problem solving. It enables to communicate even negative or difficult messages without creating conflict or destroying trust.

    Social Media


    Why social media? Because it's an everyday reality. A key question is: how can you use social media in your B2B- and B2C-marketing?

    The main lecturer and guest lecturers will combine their broad practical experience with the theoretical and strategic basics that enable a successful learning.

    Social media is not an island far away from economic realities. Therefore, they do not look at it in an isolated way but rather as an additional marketing engine and an additional basis for new marketing strategies.

    The most important is: content first – bring your content on the right platform and you'll reach your peer. But how to get there?

    The young discipline of social media marketing requires a hands-on approach, with a strong focus on empirical learning, say: you will take a close look at some early adopters and try to understand what they have done and whether this approach could be useful for any organization. Then we will discuss what you can do to adopt your marketing to be successful.

    The 2-day Social Media Module will consist of a combination of lecture and group work as well as presentations by the participants.

    Lakeside Chat: Social Recruiting


    Welcome to the supermarket of people - a Lakeside Chat with German Ramirez and Yves Schneuwly.

    In the new reality of the employment market, we no longer have specific jobs, but work in projects and assignments. We have to constantly develop ourselves and eventually become "intellectual mercenaries" or a product with a brand.
